Wish places around here allowed that. My friends and I are lightweights so 3 people on a hookah is perfect. But every place I've been to are strict on the two people per hookah rule. This means two pipes for 3 people which means overkill in terms of price and nicotine. If each pipe is $15, than that means $30 for three people. That's a full 10 bones per person.
